Lauren began her career serving families as a doula in 2013. Shortly thereafter she began birth assisting with Agape. Lauren quickly learned that she desired to more fully serve families through their birthing year, and so in late 2016 she enrolled in midwifery school. She has been working at Agape as a CPM since graduating in late 2020. Lauren resides in southern Noble county with her husband, David, and their four children. In her free time she loves to be outside gardening and caring for their animals.
Rhoda began her journey in birth work in1998 attending births as a Certified Labor Doula, Certified Childbirth Educator and Certified Lactation Educator. Rhoda then started her midwifery training in 1999 and became a CPM. Agape Birth Services LLC was opened in April of 2004. Rhoda has been serving the Fort Wayne and the surrounding area with twenty-four plus years of experience in the home birth setting. Rhoda is married and has four children. She loves to spend time camping, traveling and hobby farming with her family. She loves a good cup of coffee, a warm fire, puzzles and the company of those she loves.

Natalie and her husband, Tyler, have been married for 9 years. They have 3 children who were all birthed at home, with Agape. Music is very close to their heart as well as all of their homesteading adventures. Natalie attended several of her friends' births in a supportive role and finally decided to jump into birth work in 2022 as a birth assistant with Agape. Mexican food is her love language and she was also voted "Life of the Party" by her senior year high school class.
Laura Kiefer lives in Fort Wayne with her husband and 2 (soon to be 3) children. She has been a birth assistant for Agape since 2021, and a doula since 2020. She is passionate about supporting families during their births in every aspect. In addition to birth work, Laura enjoys reading, hiking, and treating herself to a really good cup of coffee.
Kirsten lives in rural Avilla with her husband and five children. She began her journey as a birth worker in 2010 after the birth of her first baby and has had the incredible honor of working alongside the Agape Midwives as both birth assistant and expecting mother for the last five years. Kirsten feels the experience of bringing life into this world is a sacred and life changing event that every woman will remember for the rest of her life.
